After 25 years of suffering from multiple autoimmune conditions that affected my energy, skin, hair and joints, I discovered after studying immunology and training as a Nutritionist Therapist that by uncovering the root cause of my issues, I was able to transform my health, and now live free of symptoms.

I am a keen health writer and have been featured in Cosmopolitan. The Telegraph, Glamour, Express and many health magazines. I have also co-authored a book with other wellbeing therapists, called Empowerment in Health & Wellness, which provides practical wellness tips to thrive after a life challenge.

 

In my free time, I seek out culinary experience at home and away, and love to recreate dishes at home with my friends and family. I am dedicated to my two twin pups and enjoy long walks in the country, Pilates practice, and singing along to my favourite songs.
